While most companies view strategic planning as an essential part of running a business, too often they overlook the value of continuous strategic planning. They are too busy with the day to day tasks and then find themselves being forced to adapt their business model instead of taking the necessary time to plan a productive change.
Most of our engagements involve some change management and it’s important to prepare properly for a successful outcome. Changes to strategy, people, and/or structure almost always involve some level of disruption and will need planning in order to mitigate as much risk as possible.
